The scarier part of this is the popular trend of conflation of two similar, but not, terms in order to distract the sheeple in an effective bid to control or curtail First Amendment freedoms. If you say something I don't like, I can call you a White Nationalist - no one really knows what that means, but here's a picture of White Supremacists and we don't like them, so let's go get our pitchforks.
If you disagree with me, it means you hate me.
If you do not completely, 100% agree with me, it means that you completely, 100% oppose me.
If you have a different opinion from me, you are a ****.
It's ok to physically attack against people who commit acts of violence. Speech is a form of violence.
I am not responsible for my own actions, because society made me this way.
Etc.
Welcome to life in a post-truth society.

Italy is racist.

It was later revealed by a cell mate of Oseghale’s that he had begun to cut her to bits while she was still alive.
The coalition government between the populist 5 Star movement, and the League, led by the right-wing firebrand Matteo Salvini, fell apart last week. According to reports, the 5 Star movement is in talks with the centre-left party Partito Democratico.
These talks are what have prompted Mastopietro’s uncle to act, worried that the new government would roll back restrictions on immigration put in place by the previous coalition.
Verni said that he was willing to bring photographs of Mastropietro’s body to show to Parliament, in order to “remind those in power of the catastrophic effects of illegal immigration”.

ITALY: Family of Girl Murdered by ‘Cannibal Mafia’ Will Release Photos if Immigration Laws Reversed
The uncle of Pamela Mastropietro said that governments must be reminded of "the catastrophic effects of illegal immigration"
Marco Valero Verni, the uncle of Pamela Mastropietro, an Italian girl murdered by a Nigeran migrant last year, has threatened to release photos of her dismembered body if the new government loosens up restrictions on immigration.
Mastropietro was killed by Innocent Oseghale, a Nigerian immigrant and drug dealer, in January 2018. Her body was found chopped to pieces on the side of the road, a story that shocked the Italian public. It was later revealed by a cell mate of Oseghale’s that he had begun to cut her to bits while she was still alive.

As a broad generalization, yes, I think it's fair to say that Italians are, on the whole, somewhat more racist than the average of all Europeans.
Unrelated:
If you are a non-US citizen, and you've been accepted to Harvard with a full scholarship, consider un-friending people on FB who post lots of anti-American memes before you arrive at customs & immigration with your nice little student visa.

Damn data...
Turns out that illegal immigrants are slightly less likely than native-born US citizens to commit homicide:
And also sex crimes:
(source)
And states which have a greater proportion of illegal aliens (as a percentage of the total popular) have somewhat lower rates of all violent crime in general:

Journalism 2019.
Two nights ago, Lawrence O'Donnell of MSNBC went on air (as well as tweeted) a story that Trump allegedly has Russian oligarchy co-signers on his Deutsche Bank loans.
Some were cautious about the story, however this story still spread like wildfire on social media.
Last night, O'Donnell retracted the story saying it "wasn't ready to air" on the news yet, whatever the hell that means. What does "not ready to air mean"? That he didn't check his source? That his source wasn't credible? That there isn't sufficient evidence? That the story is a flat out lie?
These are the people who try to organize boycotts and other ways to get Tucker Carlson or Sean Hannity fired for opinions they don't like. These are the same people that go after and ruin the lives of people who create drunk Nancy Pelosi videos or reddit GIF makers.
These leftists in the mainstream media don't care about the truth. They don't care about political or social discourse. They don't care about the good of America. They care about getting evil orange man out of office as soon as possible by using whatever tools at their disposal.
O'Donnell still has a job. Until actors in the mainstream media take responsibility for their 2 years of Trump/Russia collusion, their false anti-Trump stores/ flat out lies and falsehoods about the rest of the Republicans, and their double standards on reporting Democrat scandals, spare us the self-righteousness because the American people are waking up to the BS.
Also, enjoy the lawsuit

Patiently awaiting a 4 am raid on his residence with CNN crews live outside...
(K.R.) BREAKING NEWS: JUSTICE DEPARTMENT INSPECTOR GENERAL RELEASES SCATHING REPORT ON COMEY
The Justice Department's internal watchdog has released a scathing report stating that former FBI Director James Comey violated FBI policies and his employment agreement with the bureau by leaking memos containing classified information.
“We conclude that Comey’s retention, handling, and dissemination of certain Memos violated Department and FBI policies, and his FBI Employment Agreement,” the Justice Department inspector general report states.
After he was fired as head of the FBI, Comey shared the memos with a friend to give to a reporter, and stored them in his home without telling the FBI. The memos included material considered “confidential”. The release eventually led to the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller.
Attorney General William Barr has thus far not pressed charges against Comey for the handling of the memos.

In 2017, she refused to come to my wedding in Baltimore. Two years later, when I walked across the stage to celebrate the completion of nine years of graduate school and earn a PhD, her chair stood empty. My messages to her on Facebook remain unanswered. Apparently she read them, because six months ago I received a box of all the childhood photos and elementary school records she kept – along with all the gifts I had given her over the past two decades. The box didn’t contain a note.
What did I do to merit such a punishment? I yelled at her about her vote for Trump. But let’s back up.
I mentioned I was a scholar, right? I specifically study American companies and their relationship to **** Germany and the Holocaust. When my mom and I were still on speaking terms, I would tell her about the implications of my research. I’d try to explain to her the dangers of racist populism, demagoguery, and corporate corruption, which could lead America down the destructive path once walked by Europe. I knew she watched Fox News. I had no illusions she would get accurate information elsewhere, but at least she could hear an informed perspective from her own son.
When 2015 came around, I started getting harassed by racist, Trump-supporting trolls on social media. Twitter is not a hospitable place for many groups of people, including Jewish folks like me who are outspoken about the Holocaust and its warnings. I’d send screenshots of this harassment to my mom. They’d send swastikas and pictures of me in gas chambers. “When Trump is elected, you’re finished,” they’d tweet.
My mom wasn’t particularly observant, but she grew up raised by a Jewish aunt and uncle. I figured if reasoned historical perspective backed up by research didn’t move her, maybe direct threats to her son might. She would express concern for me personally, but ignore my pleas not to support the candidate that inspired the abusive bigots who regularly sent hate in my direction.
Not long after the 2016 election, my mother informed me that she voted for Trump. I exploded. I told her she’d given in to ignorance and bigotry and that she’d callously ignored my warnings. I immediately regretted losing my temper. Despite having a deep sense of sadness, frustration, and anger about what might come next for America, I sent my mom emails apologizing profusely.
...
Turns out, job openings in my field have been cut in half since I started graduate school a decade ago.
...
"I kept calling her a racist and now she doesn't like me anymore. Thanks a lot Trump!"

The Washington Post has a clear political agenda. They are blindly supporting a false narrative carefully woven by a mainstream Democratic presidential candidate.
(Wait, what? They didn't blindly support the narrative? They actually did research and called the candidate out on his bullshit? Well ****, that doesn't amplify the distrust and suspicion I'm attempting to sow....)
Anyway, remember that time that WaPo called a mainstream Democratic presidential candidate out on his bullshit?

"This just in, more evidence that the Washington Post is abetting the character assassination of the President."
Wait...
Just one moment...
"This just in, more evidence that the Washington Post is actively investigating persons making false claims in a wide-ranging investigation of national significance."
