QATAR $124,500
MONACO $115,700
MACAU $111,600
Now, I don't know what the male : female ratio is in Qatar, Monaco and Macau, but I do know that none of those countries is majority-white. Assuming a 2,000 hour work-year, that's between $62.25 / hr and $55.80 / hr. Granted, not 1%er earnings, but a hell of a lot more than $21.

We both know these two information leaks are nothing alike. And we have no idea what level classification, if any, that drone image is classified at. Or who took the photo. Or who actually posted it. Or was the image reviewed and deemed OK before posted. etc. etc. etc.
