Jesus, you're going to make me look like a Trump supporter...
Where, in either the Constitution or the Code of Federal Regulations, does it say that?
The President is responsible for conducting foreign relations, appointing judges and cabinet officers, serving as a check on Congress, directing the military, and pardoning convicted felons.

Pretty cool. Trump managed to not only eliminate all of his employment gains but those of Obama in just 4 weeks. He get's to claim the number one on another subject.
"Since the end of the Great Recession, the labor market added 21.5 million jobs," Glassdoor Senior Economist Daniel Zhao said in a statement. "In four weeks, all of the job gains from the decade long recovery following the Great Recession have been erased."
Jobless claims reach 22 million over four weeks

I actually wanted to pull on this string a little Joe as I went ahead and did some constitutional reading on your post's behalf
There are several things which peaked my interest in all this
1) The way the Constitution is written, it reads as if the president presides over Congress vs working for the people (as have been voted in as such)
2) Congress can still veto/over ride pretty much anything in regards to appointments, bills, etc made by the president....which to me, means that Congress provides a check on the president.
