How (and why) to Ramble on your goat sideways
I just finished watching the last Rolex race @ Limerock. I was laughing when Chip Ganassi was making fun of whomever the old NASCAR driver was in the 2nd Gen DP car. He said he felt sorry for him since he wasn't used to getting passed on both sides of the car. The driver had tried to force Memo off the track.
"Your Honor, I cannot in good faith convict this fine bitch. Let's make a deal, I'll take her home under house arrest where I shall rehabilitate her and save this fine state lots of tax dollars that would otherwise go to reforming her in a state institution."

I thought he was going to try and assume a role as jury foreman and then move for jury nullification, not to get himself thrown out as a juror.

If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit.
So the case was for malicious intent to destroy animals or personal property. It was a big fight between 2 roommates. One accused the other of maliciously causing 2 grand worth of damage. We found the defendant not guilty based on we did not believe she caused the damage maliciously. Honestly the case should have been on Judge Judy.
I am stuck with the possibility of being called back later this week. If I get called back and it is a case with laws that I could possibly push for nullification I will.
