This is specific advice for him to solve his dietetic problem.
I do eat them, but I try to avoid eating too much of them. I eat cold cereal or oatmeal for breakfast. Both get extra raisins. Sometimes I make a ham and egg english muffin. At least three days a week I'll eat salad for lunch. Other days I'll have Thai food or pasta or a sandwich. No burgers ever. No fried chicken, grilled only, that includes chicken fingers and wings. No french fries or potato chips ever. No chips or Doritos ever because they are insanely high in fat. The only thing on that aisle to eat is pretzels. For dinner I try to eat nothing. Lately (6 mos.) I had failed at willpower and put on some weight but now I am back on the regimen. I drink lots of water throughout the day and avoid sugary drinks and juices to avoid sharp rises and the corresponding falls in my blood sugar that might trigger a hunger response. My problem is that when I do eat, I eat like I'm worried I won't ever get another meal. I always eat everything placed before me. If I drink a lot of water then I will feel full faster and not want to eat as much. Sometimes the trick is just to order less food initially and force myself to wait until I am satiated instead of ordering more. If you eat too quickly you will eat more before you feel full than if you eat slowly, but I always eat quickly.
I am also going to try to drink more Beefeater Gin and sometimes Bourbon to try to lay off the heavy beer a little bit, but that is something else entirely.
**** more often. It will make you run faster.

I went to popeye's here on post for lunch today, it was the "pay day special" day. I got 8 pieces of spicy fried chicken, 4 biscuits, a large side of Cajun Rice, and a big *** coke for something like 9 bucks. Yea I ate it all, yea I weigh 125lbs, yea I know I'm gonna die of a massive heart attack at the age of 30. I do PT every morning (weekdays) and keep myself physically active on a very regular basis, I drink all I ever want to of whatever I want to (heavy/dark beer, soda, etc...) and still run a sub 13 minute 2 mile.
Now that I've thoroughly pissed you all off......I'll stop, lol

I went on a wine trip a couple years ago and managed to eat enough cheese that I did not **** for 5-days. I'd sit on the toilet for 20-45 minutes wishing for a turd to drop, but there was no hope until I drank 1/2-cup of olive oil. about 45-minutes later the huge, jagged turd plug blew out (it was massive) and i had black-tar oil ***** for the rest of the day...but it was worth it.

I'd kill to let a 6ft long type 4 about now, about as big around as a summer sausage. Anything I manage to get out is a puny little type 1 rabbit pellet. Doing the 1 all week (or not really at all, but it would be), then doing the 7 on the weekends sucks!
Love the new thread title. I can die a happy man knowing that I started "The Ultimate Poop Thread"
Just went to the store and stocked up on high fiber foods. I'm amazed to see how awesome green peas are. Low calories, low fat, low everything bad, but high in fiber and protein and minerals and vitamins. Go peas! Have some split pea soup cooking right now. It'll be in the cooking thread later I'm sure. Also got a big tub of prunes for my fiber snacking enjoyment.
