LOL the innovate reviews are always either I love it or I hate it.
It works great when it works, but if you have issues (which many people report having) they are usually a big pain in the butt.

That's why I went with AEM too

Yea the AEM one is just easier I like some of the stuff the innovate has but it is not worth the hassle.

Ok today I went down to talk to the tuner and he said it will be around $250 to get the car tuned. So I will be looking to do it before Christmas but worst case at the beginning of the year. This means come beginning of January I will have some nasty vids to post if all goes well

I am planing on getting the car tuned soon after the first of the year. I have a lot of stuff going on right now so I may just start putting the cage in until it is ready to get tuned. I will let everyone know when its time so you guys can be ready for pics and vids.

I want this wing or something close to it. I love the way it looks and the fact that it is functional is just a huge plus.

That is ridonkulously cheap. I read the manual on the APEXI FMIC er I mean SFAC and it seems pretty straightforward. It should be absolutely brutal with boost!

I was curious about intakes for your motor- I remember slosc3 saying that at some point you were going to put a drivers side intake on--

Is it one like this thing? ebay link

Its cheap cause the safc is about as basic as a voodoo box or power card.

I can't wait to see this thing in action too. I'll bet it will lay stripes well into 3rd.

that intake manifold is for the gte motor not the ge and its the same idea ill prob end up welding up a intake manifold for sean in the next year or so when he wants more power.

ps: that manifold can be found on another web site for $280 shipped

They also make that manifold for the GE and yes Slow_Sc3 is correct I will end up with one one day most likely the end of next year. I am going to take the extra manifold Slow_Sc3 has at the house and make a base flange at work then machine a section out of a piece of 3" or 4" tube make a back order a throttle body flange and give it to SLow_Sc3 to weld. Get some injectors and AEM then boom 550 WHP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sweet, that will be the fastest tractor exhaust flapper on a miata. Seriously dude, please work on a real exhaust, thru the hood is cool and all, but it is going to get loud in a hurry.

I have no intention of keeping the exhaust through the hood for a long period of time it is just an easy way to do it for now. It is not nearly as loud as you would think but truth is the car is going to draw all sorts of attention by the police and the exhaust will just be an excuse for them to pull me over. I am just undecided on where I want to run it there is not a whole lot of room for it so I have to plan carefully but I am hoping by the end of next summer to have a full exhaust at least to the rear axle with a turn down at a minimum. For now though the flapper keeps the water out and is cool, but I do belive the exhaust through the hood will get old and my hood is all f***ed up so I need a need a new one, so one 3" hole won't hurt anything.

We did contemplate putting an adapter and a 6" mini stack out the hood just because lol but I think that would be a little over the top.

miata needs more fuel im at +50% on the afc from 4k to 8k rpm's and its still lean :( anything over 12psi just breaks up and sputters.... tho trying to drive while keeping the boost around 10psi feels amazing... sucks the wastegate is a 1 bar aka 14.7 psi spring. "bad as6" got a short video tho we did end up putting like 5-6 miles on the miata tonight
