According to the place I bought it it is a "Race Muffler". I know its really a resonator but it will cut some of the noise down and that will make me happy with it.

Yea and the turbo will help alot with cutting the noise down. Figure out what you're going to do for a new turbo yet?

I am looking around for a turbo still. I have been trying to get a hold of a guy on craigslist with a GT4082 but we keep playing phone tag.lol I am picking up another Ebay 67mm for helping a guy pull the head on his car but that one will only be temporary until I can buy a real turbo. I am just trying to look around and find a good deal. They are out there I just have to wait.

Did you watch the videos?

Even with a turbo on the motor, it still sounds like a rabid gorilla. ...which how a frikken 500+hp car should sound.

Personally I'd shell out for the oval tubing or cut out the passenger side trans tunnel alittle and do some metal work. Technically you don't have to weld anything, we used to use this stuff made for putting on bed side panels that adheres to bare metal almost like jb weld or something

The sound does not bother me as much as the soot all over the passenger side of the windsheild. It will be a lot better when it is out the fender. What else do you do with 400hp+ other than let it breath like fire.lol

So because my turbo is gone I think I am going to pull the engine harness out and thin it a bit while I figure out what I am gonna do about a turbo. The next step will be the body harness and then the cage I am really not motivated to put the cage in right now. Its cold and I just don't want to.lol

Anyone on here removed any of the factory harness that goes to the stock engine and ecu I want to remove those wires but I am not sure where to start.

I have been pulling mine out/apart. What knowledge are you seeking? How to pull it out of the engine compartment or how to pull some wires/connectors your not using or something else?

I am interested in where all the wires go from the ecu connectors I am not going to need any of them so I need to get rid of it. I can figure out the wiring in front of the firewall because I can chase it all down but I am not sure where it all heads to from the ecu connector. Do I need to remove the dash or what. I would also like to remove any of the airbag wiring I can but I am not sure where to really start on that either.

Yeah, pull the dash and the ventilation ducting bs behind it. That will give you pretty free reign over all the wires. The air bag wiring comes out easy but if you need to pull wires out of the main harness be ready for a lot of unwrapping (or cutting) of electrical tape.

Yea that is pretty much what I was thinking. Take out the dash and everything behind it thats in the way then start at the ecu plug and trace back. I see a lot of razor blades in my near future.FML

This is the first car I have ever really done a huge build on and it is WAY more work than I could have imagined in the beginning. I don't mind it it is just a whole lot of work. When its all done and I am driving it everyday I won't care how much work it was.
