Whatever it is, I'm sure Aidan can ruin it. Or he can loan it to me and I'll ruin it

0.005" over center.
It should have all kinds of geometry that it doesn't. Its a one time use bit for aluminum and a gorilla mechanic that doesn't pay anything for my services, lets get real here. It took about an hour to make, and I wasn't going to un-tram my mill for it.
And yea Ryan, the heat treat is hillbilly for sure, it didnt get that hard. Its A-2 tool steel FWIW.

Aidan doesn't have an *** like anyone has ever seen either, so it perfect.
It's a custom piloted step drill being used as a hand reamer. The pilot guides and centers it through the existing AN ID and hopefully keeps the chips out. Aidan will weld a nut in the end and ratchet it in. No room for a drill.

Have you tried that Turbosmart OPR T40 unit? I might pick one up to test out. My smoking issue seems to be cleared up but I have oil weeping out between the CHRA and Turbine housing. I'm thinking it's kicked out because my oil pressure goes past halfway between 60 and 90psi until fully heatsoaked, especially when temps are below 60f. We're having sub-60f temps here regularly now and even giving it a warmup time it still weeps a little bit.
