At what point can registering as a democrat put you on the sex offenders list?

Take Girl2Girl. Launched in 2017 and run by CIPHR, it’s a federally funded “sex ed program just for teen girls who are into girls.” Its website allows users—mostly between ages 14 and 16, according to one study—to sign up for “daily text messages . . . about things like sex with girls and boys.”
The content of those messages raises serious concerns. According to the program’s website, Girl2Girl texts minors about “lube and sex toys,” “the different types of sex and ways to increase pleasure,” and “what it’s like growing up as [a] teen girl who is into girls.” The site also encourages participants to make their “own decision[s] about whether to take part in the research”—and explicitly advises them not to tell their parents if they’d prefer not to.
In 2023, CIPHR launched Transcendent Health, a sex-education program for minors who identify as transgender. The initiative, which received a $1.3 million federal grant that expired last month, conducted “focus group discussions with gender minority teens across the country.” To participate in the focus group, teens had to fill out a form asking whether they had had sex “with a transgender guy” or “with a non-binary person.”
Spearheading these projects is CIPHR’s CEO, Ybarra, who has shown little respect for parental rights. In a 2022 Brown University webinar, for example, Ybarra noted how her researchers prepare “young person[s]” for her focus groups. “If we’re doing focus groups,” she said, “we will ask, ‘Okay, so what happens if somebody comes into the room and sees words like ***** and sex toys on your screen—on your computer screen or on your phone? What if it’s your mom?’”
Ybarra has a long history of such disturbing work. In 2017, she presented the results of a survey that CIPHR administered, which asked kids aged 14 to 16 whether they had had “receptive ---- sex” or “insertive ---- sex.” In the 2022 webinar, she added that she and her research team “wanted to know a bit more about when and why and where trans kids are choosing to have sex.”

Anyone else tired of hearing about these huge, scandalous DOGE findings every day without any legal proceedings coming from them?
It's like feeding the MAGA faithful fish food so they think ****'s happening while we're really prioritizing MIGA ****.

There is definitely an element of political theater to the DOGE situation. The President recently re-assured Americans, for instance, that he will not be touching the largest contributors to deficit spending in the US, which are Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security.
Yet we can still count on big tax cuts.
Another interesting statistic looks at the maximum total potential cost savings from laying off Federal employees.
If DOGE were to eliminate 100% of the Federal workforce, which is slightly over 3 million people, roughly 2% of the total US workforce, the annual savings would amount to $283 billion, or roughly 4.2% of the entire Federal budget.
Arguably, eliminating every single Federal employee would also decrease non-payroll spending, but this gives a good sense of context which is absent from publicity images of Elon Musk wielding a chainsaw on stage.
Unfortunately, much of it was actually done intentionally by our "representatives" in Congress... so, not a crime. They (their staffers) write the laws, and they pat each other on the back, so one's family profits from the funding passed by their buddy, and they reciprocate to enrichen the other's. Hard to draw a direct line and make a legally successful prosecution.
And it's hard to prosecute a cog in the .gov wheel for being 'incompetent'. It would be nice to see some of the end recipients of the SS fraud prosecuted, but I would bet most of that money was immediately channeled overseas and finding the US side "small fish" in the fraud machine will be nearly impossible.
At what point is this supposed to be illegal/ At what point do we expect a mob with pitchforks, because the threshold looks to be pretty damn high.
Maybe they're all just dumb?

As a broad generalization, I have learned that when a right-leaning blogger says things like "the case is clear" and "... will be behind bars," in the context of a politician or bureaucrat whom they accuse of malfeasance, that tends to be a good predictor that the individual in question will not be behind bars.
