LEAKED DOCUMENT FROM INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES OF US, UK, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, AND NEW ZEALAND LAYS OUT DAMNING CASE AGAINST CHINA

A leaked research dossier compiled by the intelligence agencies of the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Australia and New Zealand, the so-called "Five Eyes" intelligence alliance, states that China deliberately suppressed or destroyed evidence of the coronavirus outbreak in an “assault on international transparency’’ that cost tens of thousands of lives. The document, which was obtained by an Australian newspaper, lays the foundation for the case of negligence being mounted against China. The findings:

• China began censoring news of the virus on search engines beginning Dec. 31, deleting terms including “SARS variation, “Wuhan Seafood market” and “Wuhan Unknown Pneumonia.”
• China’s National Health Commission ordered virus samples to be either moved to designated testing facilities or destroyed starting January 3rd.
• The country began enforcing a "no-publication order" related to the disease in early January.
• The World Health Organization (W.H.O.) toed the Chinese line about human-to-human transmission despite the fact that “officials in Taiwan raised concerns as early as December 31, as did experts in Hong Kong on January 4.”
• Chinese authorities denied that the virus could be spread between humans until Jan. 20, "despite evidence of human-human transmission from early December."
• In January, Chinese officials prevented the Wuhan Institute of Virology from sharing live samples to international scientists working on a vaccine.
• In February, “Beijing pressed the US, Italy, India, Australia, Southeast Asian neighbors and others not to protect themselves via travel restrictions, even as China imposed severe restrictions at home.”
• “Millions of people left Wuhan after the outbreak and before Beijing locked down the city on January 23” despite China knowing the disease was highly contagious.
• The document also seems to make the case that the virus leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, a claim initially dismissed as a conspiracy theory by Chinese officials insisting the virus came from the local wet markets. The Wuhan Institute of Virology’s work in the Wuhan lab involved discovering samples of coronavirus from bats within a cave in Yunnan province.

Biden operatives accessed secret Senate records at University of Delaware before mid-March, report says

Joe's Biden's campaign dispatched operatives to the University of Delaware's library in the past year to rifle through his secretive Senate records there, Business Insider reported Thursday -- raising the possibility they accessed documents related to Tara Reade's accusation that he sexually assaulted her when she worked for him in 1993.

The development comes as both The Atlantic and The Washington Post argued that Biden should instruct the university to turn over the records, saying they "could contain confirmation of any complaint Ms. Reade made, either through official congressional channels or to the three other employees she claims she informed not specifically of the alleged assault but more generally of harassment."

Biden dropped off 1,875 boxes of “photographs, documents, videotapes, and files” and 415 gigabytes of electronic records to the University of Delaware in 2012. The university initially said it expected to make the records “available to the public two years after Biden’s last day in elected public office.” In April 2019, just hours before Biden announced his current presidential bid, the university changed its mind, and said the papers wouldn't be released until either December 31, 2019, or until two years after Biden “retires from public life,” whichever comes later.Biden campaign officials "rifled through" the documents on "at least one occasion," Business Insider reported, citing a statement from University spokeswoman Andrea Boyle Tippett. The campaign's visit to the library came some point after Biden announced his presidential campaign in April 2019 -- but before "mid-March" 2020, when the library closed due to the coronavirus. No one from the Biden team has visited since the closure, Tippett claimed.

The university did not return Fox News' request for comment Thursday.
