and technically my wheel compares to yours like this:
tdo4l-13T
Turbine
EX: 41.14mm IN: 47.24mm
Compressor
IN: 40.64mm EX: 56.01mm
420CFM / 265 HP
Super 60
Turbine
EX: 48.72mm IN: 58.9mm
Compressor
IN: 48mm EX: 60mm
500CFM / 315 HP
y8s, I'll see what I can do about the legend. Noonish at Moore's automotive in Fairfax.

Posting this too because jesus I want a VVT head

Updated- 5th gear freeway pull from low rpm. Much better example.

Manifold: BEGi S4 stainless tubular
Downpipe Size/Style: BEGI divorced
Exhaust Size: 2.5"Exhaust Components: Magnaflow Muffler, metal cat

5th GEAR PULL:
RPM Boost(psi)
5th gear pull VS. 4th gear pull (avg of 3 pulls)
1925 = 1psi = 1863
1985 = 2psi = 2060

2335= 4psi = 2456
2460 = 5psi = 2549
2628= 6psi = 2733
2735= 7psi = 2880
2790= 8psi = 2990
2880= 9psi = 3090

3061= 11ps = 3250
3135= 12psi NA (no overboost)
3260= 13psi NA (no overboost)
OK, my 1st one sucked. It was taken from a track day in a low gear, revs never dropped low enough.
Here is a log from a 5th gear pull on the freeway this morning from 1900 rpms. Much better! Please correct my shameful 1st one on the xls chart!

i have office 2007 at home which makes the chart look pretty and sharp. looks like *** off the older verison.
anyways, clearly see 5 groupings: The super spoolers. The 2554 and 2560s. The T3s. The large trims. And the super large trims.
interesting to see how my boost build compared to chad with same turbo manifold and exhaust. looks like my headwork may help me below 3K, despite my 200cc less. granted I'm still making 200cc less power :(

I plotted Cueball's data cause I am at home sick today and freaking bored. I cannot repost the new graph since I am using Open Office and a lot of the Excel formatting is lost in translation.
But, Cueball's spool is right in there with the 2560 plots. Very nice! The only thing I can see in his setup to explain this is the S4 manifold. If that is the case, then it seems like a 2860 with an S4 could be a good choice for the street since it still spools nicely and should be a bit more efficient than the 2560.

Thanks guys! That plot was on my freeway commute this morning. Got out ahead of traffic, dropped to 1500rpms in 5th and floored it. Overboosted to 13psi until the EBC kicked in and dropped back. Let off then. 2.5" enthuza with race cat. Corky talked me out of the 2560 in favor of the 2860 on my system. Now I know why.
All those super-charger guys talking about instant spool and flat torque can kiss my lily white behind.

Or a feline with racing stripes? (LOL I shaved one of my long-haired cats once because I was tired of his shedding, and started with racing stripes)
Note to self:
- Ballast the car to bring it up to the same weight as the rest of these pigs to increase load and improve spool
- Do a pull from 1000rpms to inflate results over real world scenario
- do pull in 5th gear to increase load and improve spool
If you did that, Tim would just remove one of his turbos and spank everybody.
And yes, I think it was mentioned to make pulls/data 1:1. So cueball, you need to do a fourth gear run for relative placement in the data.

Engine: '91 1.6L
Turbo: G15
Manifold: Greddy
Downpipe Size/Style: Turbotony
Exhaust Size: 2.5"Exhaust Components: Custom 3" cat back, turbo tony cat
Intercooler Core Size: Starion
Intake Manifold: Stock
Headwork: none
Engine Management: Megasquirt
Other Spoolin' Helpers/Hurters: 4500ft-5500ft. elevation, mild built motor, fidanza flywheel act 6 puck, spring and ball MBC.
4th GEAR PULL:
RPM Boost(psi)
2926= 3.3psi
2985= 3.8psi
3111= 5.3psi
3384= 7.2psi
3445= 8psi
3471= 8.8psi
3562= 10.8psi
3628= 11.8psi
3671= 12.8psi
3775= 14.3psi
4003= 15psi
I based the psi numbers by subtracting an assumed 1 atmosphere of 12.46 from my map values. This isn't entirely accurate because the altitude of my city changes so much depending on what part of town you are in and I didn't want to break out the GPS. I estimated on the low side of 4500ft.
