If you're good at something, never do it for free.

On other notes, it is a sad day.
I used to love swimming but haven't done it for quite a while. And now I realised that after adding on mass it is much harder to swim efficiently because I just sink. Even trying to just float in one place is work now.

Nice job man, I do recommend filming from the side though so you can double check your form. Your legs looked a bit too straight, back too bent over. You'll start to notice the form more and more as the weight increases.

Feats of strength? Are we doing feats of strength? Not super incredible, but I'm a twink and that's about 1/3 of my body weight

All this talk of grips and the background of calteg's pic have me wondering: anybody here go rock climbing?

I've been climbing at a gym and a bit outside for about a year now. It is fantastic full body excercise but you wont see BULK GAINS aside from hands, forearms, and back. I keep lifting for the other parts of my body to compensate otherwise my tendency to be skinny would overwhelm. It's pretty damn fun and if you want to lose weight it will help you along.

I wished I'd started rock climbing a long time ago. That builds the kind of strength that stays with you, the stuff you can carry to the grave.

I would agree with this! Especially in the department of tendon development (also core). I've seen so much growth in my skinny hand/wrist strength and size even following a year of deadlifting regularly before climbing. I see plenty of people climbing into their old age and I plan to do the same. Way better than golfing haha.

Nice man, I hope to continue for quite some time. Just started getting outside and leading both of which rock lol. And yes, the girls who climb are no joke and have fantastic body types. It's really rather impressive.
