IDK where to put the return on my pan for another fitting bung but the TS regulator will be going in my car as well. The BW tech advised that would work better and have a more consistent pressure than the 1.6mm restrictor. If I was close I'd bring some beer and help you knock it out.
I already have an extra 10AN bung that was used for a experimental block vent (hint: it failed horribly, and overflowed real quick a'la @Leafy), but will work perfectly for the drain. Already have an AN10-AN4 reducer. Some pushlock AN4 hose for the drain (because cheaper) and some more braided line for the feed. Hopefully I have enough feed line, otherwise I'll need to make an emergency trip over to PRE again.
Hoping to find some 4AN fire sleeve locally tomorrow, without driving too far at least. Need to re-wrap whatever new lines I make.
Have you tried reinstalling the stock exhaust manifold to eliminate the turbo and lines as variables?
not sure if that would really help, just thought i would throw the idea your way.
I know you've got to be frustrated. This ^ and, at this point it, might be faster to use process of elimination.1) exhaust manifold, 2) exhaust manifold/head.
Found some more fittings, I think I can reuse my block to turbo oil like, and route it up to the pressure regulator. Then send the feed for the pressure regulator around the heat shield and down the dipstick tube.
Again, big thanks to yank for loaning me the pressure regulator. Being able to test without throwing more money at it right now is a godsend.
