Same to you Ed! Sorry we couldn't get your fitting/hose fixed. Looks like your dad's car turned out pretty nice, congratulations.

I pulled a lot of plugs and never saw Det like the first plugs. After the Dyno session. I found some small signs of det, which is expected. Because I heard it on the Dyno.

After that all the plugs have been clean. Current #1 plug is too coated in oil to tell.

Slightly warm leakdowns are all <4%. I was getting some weird inconsistencies, but was able to get good readings on all cylinders....

The plot thickens.

I cant pull anything else apart until the garage is clean. I will go crazy trying to organize things

I also found an unwelded spot on my manifold, that was squirting oil. Going to write a nasty email to the fabricator who made it.

Glad you made it back. I have just arrived in Beaverton for my monthly car club meeting. The carclub that enabled my special plates.

Edit. God damn phone

Met ya this past weekend at MRLS after your car decided to **** all over your parade, you handed me a big ol stack of stickers. Looking forward to seeing you getting up and running again, you seemed to be in pretty good spirits all things considered - glad you still made it a good weekend.

Albert letting me drive his car saved my weekend. Huge props to him. I also had a good time instructing a couple NDs. I always love instructing complete noobs. No ego, no bad habits. Just out there to learn and have fun.

I tried to get stickers to everyone. If you didn't get any find me next year.

I know at least once you may have been drinking and trying to eat starbursts covered with ants, and you seemed very worried about keeping them out of your magnificent beard.

I had stickers at home, forgot to bring them, will hand out next year.

And c'mon, no mention of bombing the GoFundMe MSM and pressuring a particular orange car with 100 more horsepower for a point by?

Haha. I was working that car so hard. And fully hunched over with my head against the hardtop.

As we enter the corkscrew 1 car behind Gordon

Ed: "Holy ****, I've never braked that late before into there"
Aidan: "ABS FTW?"

I think we were 6 inches off Gordon's bumper down the hill. If it was my car I may have gone for the bump draft

I was distracted by a misfire, and the fact that I hadn't been on a track in literally a year. Go crowd out someone else

ABS FTMFW. I believe my comment was something like "Ah, there's the braking point I've been searching for."

It was a fun ride, and hilarious to see your clown car driving position.

We left the hardtop on the MSM all weekend at the track because they can't tell how horribly everyone fails the broomstick test.

I'm actually pretty sure we didn't engage ABS there. Just gives you the confidence to try it.

Same place that I sent the spec miata guy off into the dust when he waited for me to brake in alberts car.
