My lights are so bouncy now I may as well have halogen housings, the little rubber stoppers that hold the lights open and closed are so old and brittle they aren't doing much good. I need to do something about that.
I imagine they were always bouncy, I just couldn't tell before lol

I plotted that out a bit, you could stick the 2" china projector inside a 3" PVC tube, then use end caps to seal it all up, glass lens on one end...
I think it's hella who makes a nice sealed projector, but it's only low beam pattern. You could mount one of those directly behind the pockets, on the bumper core.
There's a few cheap supposedly sealed and waterproof projectors on alibaba, can't find them on ebay yet. Two sets of those in a low profile conversion would look cool and be bright as hell.
I'm making LED's for the turn signals, like this guy here. I'm hoping they're clean enough to use as fog lights through the city, no barn doors at all.

Been following this build for a while since it's so similar to what I have planned. A couple questions on your oil feed:
Earlier in the thread you mentioned revising your oil feel to include a swivel by the block fitting. How's that working out? Where'd you buy the fittings from? What are you doing for a restrictor on that turbo?

My oil lines were redone too many times, never ever use e-bay swivel AN fittings.
Right now my setup goes like this, this is working fantastic thus far.
m10x1.5 to 4an adapter, this fits in the block.
Male 4 An 4AN 4AN AN4 Flare to M10x1 5 Metric Straight Fitting Black | eBay
Then a 4AN swivel, this lets me point the line towards the front of the block and free and clear of the downpipe. I went out of my way to find a one piece block, that is one solid piece holds both sealing flares, no leaks ever.
Turbo oil line is a 24" 4AN brake line.
24" Braided Steel Brake Line 4AN Line with 4 An Staight 90 Ends ALL46402 24 | eBay
It goes to a T3 .060 restriction flange, like this.
Turbo Oil Feed Inlet Flange Gasket Adapter Kit 4AN 4 An Fitting T3 T3 T4 T04 | eBay
The oil drain, I ditched the ebay AN fittings and use this instead .
Turbo Oil Drain Outlet Flange Gasket Adapter Kit 5 8" Barb 10 An T3 T4 | eBay
The rest is easy, 5/8 to 3/8NPT barb fitting and 5/8ID hose.

Yes, I like the catch can a lot. It fills about halfway inside 1K miles, and so far I haven't found much residue inside the plastic fittings past the filter.
I bought a home depot filter because Harbor freight is 30 minutes from me. It was still only $13 or so though.
This is like the one I bought, it has holes for a mounting braket. The same part number on Home depot shows a different picture now...
Husky Air Tool Air Line Filter Range 0 150 PSI 1 4"NPT Ports New No Box | eBay
Same part number, different filter
Husky 1/4 in. Air Compressor Filter-HDA70403AV - The Home Depot
The harbor freight one has mounting holes like I like, but the drain on the bowl is different, so you'll have to modify it on your own.
