I thought we decided req fuel doesnt really matter, its just a scalar. Set it to whatever floats your boat.

Flex fuel is easy. cut the return line and stick it in the middle.

Are you sure about that. The inlet and outlet are different sizes.

I was attempting to use the scaler value for useful fuel changes, we all know how useless that is on changing injectors. Same **** on fuel types, another reason not to bother with flex sensor on MS2...

The inlet and outlet of the cheap flex fuel sensor are different sizes, aren't they?

Upon further maths, I don't believe my warb 190 HP is up to 5.0 bar. It's probably not even up to 4.0 bar.

Numbers..

.91BSFC for e85, 350hp for 80%dc at crank, ~318lbs/hr

318lbs/hr / 6.59lbs/gal = ~49gal/hr

72psi + 10-14 pounds of boost = ~90psi at WOT

Warb 190HP@90psi = 25gal/hr

lolol, the **** am I even doing

75psi max rail at 4.0 bar is 31gal/hr. This would explain why I'm getting stupid high VE values in boost, my dumbass little fuel pump is sucking at sucking.

Whatever, I have a reverse rising rate FPR till I buy a fuel pump.

Spoonfeed, what does 50gal/hr at 90psi plz? Warb 255hp too small, maybe two cheap pumps?

Warb makes an e85 pump that flows 61 gallons/hr at 90 psi, but eats nearly 20 amps.

lol

If I get the warb 450 I wonder what kind of whining I'll ha e to deal with, like a supercharger I bet...

Deatchworks 300? It'll be quiet right? Nearly double the price...

Warb 255HP is only good for 32 gal/hr at 90psi, and that's before pumping losses. DW200 is 170lph/44gph, pretty close.

I'm sure I could tune around it, but I want 90psi at WOT because one of the sponsors said it's good...

I hope to install my walbro450 soon. I'll let you know.

I also ordered a connector from racetronix that is e85 compatible. And a new oem pickup sock.

If you install it before me please post pics.

But DW200 will drop pressure if I try and run 90psi at WOT...

Well, it probably will be fine since my 50gph calc is off 350hp, but then it will be running 100% wide open. Wouldn't it be wise to oversize the pump, make sure pressure never fails?

I might make some fuel tight passthrus if i go with the warb, I have an easy-ish leakproof idea.

So I have a local friend with a 95 1.8 block, a 95 BP05 head, and a 99 BP4W head. He says the 99 head won't fit the 95 block, but that's not right, right?

What's the deal? I haven't seen anything in person yet, so kinda at a loss.

Any reason why he might be having problems? The head just got gone over, so I doubt it has dowels or anything stuck in it?

Donno, might have to drive and go look for myself.
