You know it. Harness parts come in tonight. Need to clear my workbench and build it. Then downpipe bolts and were good to go. If it runs tonight I'll sign up for the auto-x/track day

It's really not that hard.

1) use your own hosting site, that way you control it
2) export images from your photo software the size you want them to be, upload to site
3) add [img] tags by hand

Done.

What schuyler said. I used to use imgurs thumbnail method and linked BBC codes. But as you saw with the transmission thread Miataturbo doesn't like that. I'm going to try flickr maybe.

Lost a stupid stage8 locking clip. I popped it off the bolt and it didn't hit the ground. Can't find it now. I'll look again after work.

You better hide that thing better at some point. A P.O. friend of mine says he'll go from issuing a warning to writing a ticket upon seeing one. In his mind, if you have a radar detector, you have the habit of ignoring speed limits.

I don't see the point of them personally, but I haven't gotten a ticket since I was 17 so...

That dashboard made me vocally utter "what the ****".

Yes, a V1 will probably escalate a warning to a ticket. OTOH, around here they don't give warnings very often, and the V1 has been a crucial warning for a possible radar ticket numerous times.

I mount mine below the mirror, but that's partly because I have an old one that's fatter than the current ones.

(lousy picture, sorry).

I don't get warnings. We talked about this Jeff. I get 5mph over tickets. And that was with a clean record. I have no intent to speed but if I glance down and check my speed every time it foes off I will be less likely to get a ticket. Though a license suspension will keep me away from tickets too lol.

Rainy autocross time. (Yes California, it still rains somewhere in this world.)

I've been pointing some local people to my build thread when they ask about turboing a Miata. Yes its a long thread but if you can't get through this then you need to get better at reading (Hi Rob)

I feel like I've put together almost the cheapest way to build a turbo track ready Miata. I've made a whole bunch of mistakes but almost all of them have been corrected or the proper way to do it has been documented here.

At this point all I would have changed is starting with a 1.8 otherwise I'm doing pretty good
