BTW, it is a pet peeve of mine when manufacturers make things with straight threaded ports with no o-ring land. Even the "good ones" do it. If it has no o-ring land, it should be tapered threaded.

 

So yeah, getting the ******* turbine to separate from the CHRA is no ******* joke. Is sitting now with PB blaster hopefully I can get it to separate tonight

It will happen. When removing my turbine housing I actually used the bolts to press against the CHRA and push the housing off.

Try using some heat.
