All of the torque. I'm so proud, wish I could have gone 4 for 4. Just wait till the motor is built and we actually make the tune slightly less conservative
Out of curiosity why does this make the dyno plot more believable? Mind you I drove the **** out if this car on the track

I wasn't calling bs, but it was really impressive and kinda hard to believe.
The one thing that you have over other msm's is you have really smooth fmic routing and a really free flowing exhaust, so maybe that's what helped, or just a really healthy msm setup, or both.

And results
Red is the new msm motor with turbo setup, blue is the old NA 1.6. Numbers are uncorrected to prevent forum drama.
Mods are as follows
stock msm long block/manifold/turbo
Protuning lab 2.5 inch catless downpipe
OEM MSM catback with muffler delete
OEM Evo 8 intercooler, piping, and BOV
MBC set at 12psi
Gen 1 PNP with curly tune
Needless to say I'm quite pleased with the results, I hope to do rods in the future and shoot for 250whp with a better exhaust and perhaps 2 more psi.

Congrats/bummer on your bent rods. That said, it looks like that torque spike at midrange RPM is likely the primary contributor. Best of luck on rebuilding the engine and then flattening the torque curve for more longevity.

They're all sold, but he needs to make more. They're absolutely gorgeous.

Ouch. I missed that one. I guess I ignored it, thinking it was more info on the -10AN design and I was not interested in that one. If he doesn't do another run, I'm still on Schuyler's list for a more conventional style.
