Well, this took way longer than it should have, but its done!

Ive only driven it a few miles so I only have an initial impression, but its fuking awesome. The delrin introduced less NVH than I though it would, but I already had a pretty good amount of NVH with my motor mounts and the FLCA bushings were already delrin offsets. Everything feels tighter and you can tell the suspension isnt moving under load as much.
Also had @nigelt send em some awesomeness.

Now I should have enough injector to use the torque capacity of a 6 speed, which im still looking for at a decent price.

The @deezums catch can. I like how clean the install is.
I have $20 and about 1 hour invested.

Also, i have been tooling around on the stock PVC up until today for about the last 60 miles now without the dipstick popping. YYUUSSSSSSS!!!!!
EBC

More **** to tune. I pulled the pins out of the diag connector and solder leads to them so they come out the backside of the connector along with the factory harness. for the EBC. I dont want to trust spade connectors, and now i can still probe the diag conn.
Now can anyone @18psi tell me how much psi I should shoot for to save my 5 speed (street tune for now)? 1.6 with TD04-13T.

If it was me I would honestly go for as much torque as possible since it's a streetcar and because 5 speeds are a dime a dozen
That slug can do 20psi peak but wont hold more than 15 up top. Or just do 15 all across

I think I might do something in between pats and vlads strategy's. While even I can get 5 speeds cheap, I dont want to be swapping them out all the time, and theyre not always available at a sane price.
I cleaned it for the first time in a few years, I thought of you vlad.
Also added some stickers and got a tombstone that is in one piece. The original one is disintegrating from the AZ heat and UV rays. All the clips have long since broken off and it just kind of sat there on the console. It would flop around when I shifted on track, only being held by the wiring harness to the switch panel lol. Its nice to finally have a solid tombstone. Now I just need a cluster hood.

Average accepted 5 speed breaking tq is like 225 to 250 right?
Challenge accepted.
discalaimer- track tune will be the "some of it" setting of about 8-10psi.
