Hey Vlad, that is the same lesson I learned with the ebay cam seals. Albeit much easier to replace, but same ****. They leaked like a siv.
I also ended up replacing the ebay valve cover gasket as well.
SO, at this point, IMHO the only thing i'd use from the ebay kits is the mitsuboshi timing belt and a GMB pump. The seals I'm going OEM.
Sorry this happened to ya, but chill out and dont sell that turbo kit. It's perfect for your goals, I'm not sure what you'd even replace it with. You can do those with the engine in place pretty easily.
Anyways best of luck to you vlad.

JEsus **** Vlad! You are worse than I am, and I own a Rotrex. Did the FFS infect you with its fail? What is going on here?
YOU BUILT A ******* ENGINE! I would KILL maim for the skills, space, time, tools and budget to do that right now. You've gone this far to be stopped by a set of eBay valve seals? Are you serious?
Zip up your man suit, blow the sand out of you vladgina and fix your valve stem seals.
Dibs on the potato and oil/water lines when you part it out.

I learned a very valuable lesson today. Actually I knew this, but was still foolish enough to try it: stupid ebay valve stem seals are leaking.
Never, EVER, EVER, EVER use ebay valve stem seals. Its smoking on decel. Blue smoke, oil. Now I gotta yank the valve cover and replace the crappy brand new ebay valve stem seals. I knew better than to do this. I read all the feedback about never installing ebay valve stem seals. And yet still somehow thought I *might* get lucky and they'd not leak.
Ugh.
The up side is that the rest of the engine is great, no leaks, no issues. Same with the turbo setup.
This is going to delay me quite a bit

Thanks guys. I'm just really really bummed out right now.
When I was installing them they didn't look right either. The OEM ones have a little groove on the inside of them for them to "snap" into place and stay that way, these piece of crap ebay ones had no such thing. They just slid on.
I triple checked each of them when I installed them, and made sure to do it properly, but still didn't feel right about it.
That is the ONLY part of my build that I was iffy about, and want to kick myself in the face for it now. The rest of the engine is peachy: no leaks, no issues, runs like a champ.

Vlad - There is one major component that needs to be replaced out of a sea of major components if you need to start over. Look, you were at 1st and goal and got sacked. Now you are at 2nd and 15.
Guess what? You are still in the red zone and close to scoring, even if you are farther away than you were. You got this.

I haven't done anything yet.
Just towed the car home from the shop because I don't want to take any chances. My dad and I talked about it and he's pretty much in agreement that the stem seals are leaking as well as he thinks I didn't set valve lash properly.
I'm pulling the valve cover soon and re-doing both. Getting OEM seals this time and having him double check my valve lash measurements to be sure its all tip top.
