What muffler in post 790? Looks like it would be muffler and mid pipe?

Yeah I'm using the begi #3 intercooler. Baller tabs mounting it to where the tow hooks go. As robust as it gets. In my previous build I used the FM method, which works just fine too, but nowhere near as strong/solid. Way easier to do though, and no welding required. Check out my previous build thread.

The muffler in 790 is magnaflow, and part of an Enthusa 3" exhaust. It sounds great, but I have a serious hardon for quietness, so I have that MAMMOTH magnaflow that G reposted on standby just in case I want to go quieter.

One of those mufflers will be for sale as soon as I put some miles on the car and determine whether the enthuza system is quiet enough or not.

I could be wrong, but:

Yeah 300whp on pump should definitely be attainable. Plenty of documentation of that from my research. That's why I might shoot for more if I get bored

I expected to be done today, that didn't happen. Stupid little things like looking for random bits and pieces tends to eat up a lot of time.

Oh well. So far everything seems to fit. Really tight but should work. Lots of stuff is just mocked up though, not completely installed.

Hopefully tomorrow she fires up. Hopefully

well I fired it up yesterday. had to crank it forever, basically draining the battery, it finally caught on, ran rough, I was about to start messing with the tune to get it stable, then it sputtered out and I was unable to re-start due to battery died.

then we realized that out of like the 5 battery chargers at the shop all were dead/broken. fail.

then I realized the oil feed line was loose and pissed oil a bit. I rage quit and went home.

Today I will mess with it some more, hopefully.

I learned a very valuable lesson today. Actually I knew this, but was still foolish enough to try it: stupid ebay valve stem seals are leaking.

Never, EVER, EVER, EVER use ebay valve stem seals. Its smoking on decel. Blue smoke, oil. Now I gotta yank the valve cover and replace the crappy brand new ebay valve stem seals. I knew better than to do this. I read all the feedback about never installing ebay valve stem seals. And yet still somehow thought I *might* get lucky and they'd not leak.

Ugh.

The up side is that the rest of the engine is great, no leaks, no issues. Same with the turbo setup.

This is going to delay me quite a bit
