Finish the car. Trust me (and every one else) it is more than worth it.
It took me over a year to turbo my car, seriously. I had to do it at night when I wasn't at school or work. Pay for parts with whatever money I had left after tuition and books. It took a long time, but I never regret it....ever!

The car has absorbed ~25k$ over the last.... 2 years. Minor minor things, but frequent and like clockwork.
I probably wont part it, but i dont want it to always be taking my money. I want to live besides a 19 year old car.

Ok... so i did a spreadsheet of what needs to be done and what needs to be bought to finish this car as well as what i WANTED to do to get it where i want...
General Question: what year/make/model GM car has the brass open element IAT sensor so i can go buy one at a parts store and not have to buy one from a US website?
Also, can someone tell me if i make a lower coolant neck off the water pump... is there any reason to NOT use steel? I understand dissimilar metals etc but i dont know if this is a problem with electrical conductivity or something.... or even stainless... I dont wanna pay for that shitty looking begi one.

part outs are awful. If you think you a tired of working on a car to complete it, wait till you work on a car to make it back to stock as well as finding time to source parts and try to sell the others.

Not parting it.
I will be working on it this weekend. I hope to get my wiring done.
Im going with the KISS approach for the remainder of the build for this year.
-NOT going sequential fuel.... just leave it.
-NOT going COPS... will just make a coil mount
etc...
i just need to get my stuff together and do it.... also need the intake temp sensor but i have no application for the person to look up.

So I worked on it a little yesterday.
Doing wiring for the most part as well as modifying the engine for a return style fuel system.
The wg dump was built too but needs a brace to the engine to keep it from moving all over.
Finished the cold pipe for the stock intake manifold. I will make the other one later.
This is the stock block off from the 2002 fuel rail modded to relocate the 92 Fpr. The 92 unit wouldn't fit regardless of orientation. Add a few inches of hose and bam. Cheap temporary solution.

Working on wiring while my GF is studying to write her RN exam on Wednesday.
All of the engine wiring is set into place and routed The new sensors wire is setup in the bay and needs to be strung into the ecu.
Injector clips were bought from Ballenger motorsports with an iat sensor since my ID injectors from 949 didn't ever come with proper clips.
Pics:
Solider station.
Engine wiring in place needing loom.
General shot.
