hustler's "driver shame" thread
Where's bob when you need him? I believe he took an aluminum NB heater core and welded AN fitting directly onto the core. Much easier than trying to flare the stock fail lines.

I don't this rubber hoses are the best idea nest to a turbonator.
First of all, the dash isn't that hard, man up. Secondly, who said anything about bulkheads and all that jazz? Just run lines straight through firewall. Thirdly, MAN THE **** UP.
Ya I was over at his house one night when he had his dash off and saw his heater lines. ******* baller *** **** but I think he said there were about 500 bucks in fittings. Having AN disconnect at the firewall for the heater hoses is so ******* awesome though.

Some new stuff:
Securly affixed, ducted, finished...the way I always wanted it done:

People always ask to see the back of my head:

Now that I've decked the head twice, any concerns with the deck-height considering the machinist cut into the exhaust stud bosses?

John gutted my 99 intake plenum, I have a spare we can exchange if you want yours done:

You'd have to look at the service manual, but the ~1/2" round plugs that protrude from the casting adjacent to the edge of the deck between 2&3 on the exhaust side and between 1&2 and 3&4 on the intake side look like the service limit indicators to me. Since you haven't even gotten into them you should be fine.
Have your machinist take out that stupid "brass knuckle" 4 porthole thing. And why are you keeping your VICS? VICS and brass knuckle is about .5L or more of plenum volume btw.

My JS2 circuit is controlling the fan, so I don't have an output that can run VICS. I've also never successfully made VICS work on any car for some reason. Feel free to post a screen shot of the VICS screen for my edification on friend's cars, because mine will never see it.
