Samsa, looking good! It looks like you are about ready to start warping time again

Just curious if there is a Bosch part number on your injectors or has it been scratched out?

Still breaking in FM clutch. Why the hell this need 500mile break-in! Aint_Nobody_Got_Time_For_That.jpg

Sturovo: Didn’t get any Bosch part number with those EV14’s. Finjector won’t even tell who’s drilled those injectors. They flow match these though

Came third in the first race. Weather was f**kin' cold and it was raining hailstones at one point. So a typical Finnish summer. I didn’t really get my tires warm at any point and was spinning them all the time.

Even if I had got these heated I doubt there would been any traction

Video of me driving poorly with cold worn tires

Really enjoyed watching that video. At first seemed you were driving kinda conservative but then you really turned up the wick. Fun to watch you pull on, well, everything

It began to go entertaining after 8:00 min mark

I really had to set up some kind a TPS based EBC settings so I can exit corners faster. Adaptronic has that option but I haven’t really look in to it yet.

Next I’m going to try Hawk DTC-60 brake pads that you racing guys here so recommend. Going to be interesting to see if they bite better than current Ferodo DS3000 pads which are awesome.

+1 on the DTC 60's. Be prepared to clean your wheels and throw sparks. Huge improvement on the track though.

Congrats. Did you get the alignment down to a reasonable caster to make it comfortable to steer?

I haven’t check the caster yet. I have to make real PS depower later with wheel alignment now it’s just looped lines. Works great thought.

Also I enable TPS based EBC boost settings. That should make partial throttle on the corners much better. I wouldn’t be surprised if that take few seconds off my lap times. It’s funny how in my class I got slowest car on corners and fastest on the straight line and I drive a Miata

Depowered steering and smoother boost control better gonna help me win the next race

Yeah depowered steering is awesome! I have my first event on the 26th with the TPS based boost control, I'll let you know how it goes and hopefully get video too.

When you depower the rack be certain to drain the rack of as much fluid as possible without removing the rack from the car. You don't need to add steering effort by pumping unnecessary fluid back and forth.

Just out of interest what are you using to gather the ECU data?

Are you running Adaptive Tuner and RaceChrono at the same time on the same device?

Cheers
