Police force banned from writing speeding tickets for a year
An audit revealed that over half the town's revenue came from traffic violations— and now officers are prohibited from writing speeding tickets for the next year.
Exactly. I paid off my student loans years ago. It isn't fair that these *** hats get money taken off of theirs when we had to pay. If they are going to do something like that they should give those who paid their student loans a tax reprieve of the same amount.

A story on the radio this morning was talking about the energy crisis faced by Germany going into the winter. Consumer energy costs have roughly quadrupled over the past six months.
One of the people speaking, a German minister of something, noted that Germany has no choice but to purchase natural gas from Russia, depending on them for more than 50% of their total supply.
And I'm thinking... no choice?
Didn't they make that choice in 2011, when they made the decision to completely phase out all nuclear power generation?

I posted about this one month ago. Trump--the Russian agent--tried to warn Germany about the dangers of the reliance of energy from Russia, and they literally laughed at him.

Remember the time Germany shut down their nuclear power, and laughed at Trump for suggesting they are too reliant on Russia for energy?
https://www.cnsnews.com/article/inte...liance-russian
“They’re not laughing now, are they?” he said, alluding to deep concerns in Germany and elsewhere in Europe over reduced supplies of Russian natural gas, and worries that the situation will become much more serious with the arrival of winter.
...
Farage said he was reminded of a speech Trump gave at the U.N. General Assembly in September 2018, when he told the German delegation that by “making yourself wholly dependent upon Russia, you’re making a big mistake.”
“And you know what? They all laughed at him,” he recalled. “Well, to use a line I used at the European Parliament the day after Brexit: They’re not laughing now, are they?”
“As energy is rationed,” Farage added, over laughter.
Germans Laughed When Trump Warned Against Reliance on Russian Energy; ‘They’re Not Laughing Now’
British conservative commentator Nigel Farage recalled at the weekend that German officials had laughed when then-President Donald Trump warned them against an over-reliance on Russian energy.“They’re not laughing now, are they?” he said, alluding to deep concerns in Germany and elsewhere in Europe over reduced supplies of Russian natural gas, and worries that the situation will become much more serious with the arrival of winter.

Maybe the winter of death Biden was warning unvaccinated Americans about, was actually Germany?
Oh come the **** on the deranged leftists have been calling him that for at least 3yrs, don't act like you haven't seen that one before. It's one of the few things they've done that's actually funny, it makes me picture a crunchy Cheeto in a military uniform.

Truthfully, Bajingo, I hadn't heard the Cheeto Mussolini thing before, though it is clever.
I'd thought Trump was Hitler, not Mussolini. Mussolini described himself as an authoritarian communist, and praised the works of Karl Marx on socialist theory.
Given that the far-left support authoritarianism and socialism, I would not have expected them to use Mussolini as a proxy for Trump, a person whom they despise.

I want a federal government 25% the size of this one. I want a federal government that doesn't make me feel like I get daily "gotcha" news based on what they're doing with my tax dollars.
