Sorry to respond a bit late to this.

Income tax, unlike other non-federal taxes has no impact on operating costs. It does have an impact on profits which is ultimately passed through to shareholders and other owners of the capital. While it might (??) have an impact on wages there's other forces that more directly impact those. It's pretty well agreed by most of the mainstream tax experts, including the CBO & Treasury, that a corporate tax is paid for by the owners of the stock and other capital.

To simplify... Corporate tax is applied to the amount of Profit which is derived from Revenue - COGS

Doomsday Prepper Store Has a Hot New Product: Flour

...

KommandoStore, an online military-goods business operating out of St. Paul, Minnesota, is offering all the doomsday goods one would expect. It offers gas masks, protective rubber gloves, premade meals, respirators, and Rhodesian military patches—popular tokens among white supremacists who glorify the former African state, which had a white minority government that brutally ruled over what is now Zimbabwe. It's also hawking a 50-pound bag of flour for less than $25, for the prepper who hasn't bothered to prep.

'Dark day for press freedom': Vice must give ISIS notes to police, top court rules

Vice Media reporter Ben Makuch challenged an Ontario ruling that ordered him to hand over his background materials for stories on an accused terrorist to the RCMP. The Supreme Court said Friday it's important for media to gather news without government interference, but society's interest in investigating and prosecuting crimes can outweigh that right. Well, that question answered itself rather quickly. Again, actual posting from a person who I know IRL, and mostly respect aside from her TDS:

So, yeah. It would appear that getting rid of Orange Man is sufficiently important that they are, in fact, literally willing to vote for a borderline sex-offender suffering from dementia.

She inappropriately uses the word "random" like so many partially educated people under 40.

If I didn't rely upon her as a business contact (she's a VP at a company which gives us really good pricing on expensive stuff), I'd be tempted to reply: "As a person with a hearing impairment*, I find your cavalier use of the phrase "tone-deaf" to describe someone of diminished metal capacity to be astonishingly offensive."

* = Yeah, like most people in their 40s who were rock DJs in their 20s, my hearing is shot to hell. Maybe using Crown D75 amps to drive Koss Pro-4AA headphones in the studio wasn't such a good idea after all. There are many nights when I have wished that I was totally deaf, just so that the ringing would stop and I could go to sleep.

The fact that this kind of behavior appears to be so widespread is frankly quite disturbing. It's not even about financial literacy anymore, it's about basic logic and accountability.

I don't mean to sound like a grumpy old man jabbering about "kids today..." I know that we were all stupid at that age. But it's the magnitude of the stupidity that gets me. This sense of entitlement is being normalized. They're being told that it's GOOD to expect not to be accountable for your decisions.

The medical professionals I had heard interviewed say that the higher incidence of death among blacks is because they do not take care of their underlying health issues responsibly as well as other races. Apparently they also don't social distance responsibly. It's going to be a hard ride for them.

I’d imagine that’s the reason for the “ * In areas covered by the AP Analysis “

You know what they say about charts and numbers.

^ This.

But yes, there's no question that blacks in the US have historically tended to have higher rates of most diseases and health problems than non-blacks. Hypertension, stroke, HIV, Alzheimer's, diabetes, hepatitis, etc. And since the morbidity of Covid-19 (or any respiratory illness, for that matter) increases when underlying co-morbidites are present, this should come as no surprise.
