Before you fit it tweak your wastegate, you'll have lot less boostcreep

Is the wastegate arm welded in this pic?

Not the arm itself, but the bush.
The wastegate is free to rotate

Is it strange? It's an original garrett

Yesterday I clocked the turbo and checked the actuator: feels like a 7 psi unit.

I also began to weld a new manifold to head flange because mine is warped, and there's a little leak even whith a new oem gasket..

The only issue: oil line.
I need to connect somehow an 8mm copper pipe to the restrictor.
This is what I could find

Terrible, isn't it?
And heavy as hell.

Brass is not as strong as steel and it is better to use less adapters when possible. Each is a possible point of failure.

You are planning to use copper pipe to supply oil to the turbo?

Yes, if you watch the first two pages of this topic, you can see my feed line.

Sixshooter: I know that... the restrictor itself is brass.
I'm finding a different solution, but it's difficult to find npt stuff in Italy

The wastegate port cast is not bad at all, I think to leave it as-is for the moment. If a creep problem appears, I will port it.

Today I began to work
I found why everyday the boost was a little bit less: the wastegate couldn't close completely.
The flapper was slightly bent:

More progress:

Now, first impressions: it feels slower over 5500-6000 rpm at the same pressure of the chrubo potato, but well.. it's very very funny to drive!
first two gears are just a spin button, the third gear spin the tire a little bit, but enough to false the virtualdyno log (around 270hp at 210kPa)

Now, time to tune this... thing.

I'm in doubt about the advance table: I've modified (internet inspirated) my table this way

What does it seems??

Holy header wrap, Batman! What kind of wrap, and what are those metal ties you used to clamp the ends tight?

It's the titanium heat wrap (15 meters are just enough for this manifold)
The ties... they comes with the wrap

News: I tried the new advance table for like one gear, and it knocked... back to the previous one for now.

I also destroyed the compressor wheel, now the turbo is at the rebuild shop
