WTFOMGBBQ
Excuse me while I change my pantaloons. |
Is it just me or are there no water jackets in that block?
Also, if you don't go back to that thread on 6G and reply to Timbostang with "More than you can afford, pal" I will be sorely disappoint. :giggle: |

So what did I break? Im guessing turbo?
https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1467115321 https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1467115321 https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1467115321 https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1467115321 Its my cousins bugeye with a few bolt ons. It was smoking but had a good compression and leak down test, no oil in intercooler, but a bunch of oil in manifold. Figured the pcv was bad so I replaced it with a bunch of the breather hoses. Took it out and it had pretty much stopped smoking so I did a 3rd gear pull to see if it smoked under boost and this mess happened. |
I think your tests were skewed by the amount of oil sealing the rings...
|
yeah likely the turbo
|
tfw your clutch starts slipping -_-
|
I'm really wondering if I should skip worrying about making the car track ready and just go FI since that would make much more enjoyable everyday.......
|
The answer is: of course
|
I just like the idea of the car having a big, obnoxiously loud BOV.
And of course 270-280whp, instead of about 165-170whp. |
