The $100 exhaust studs fix a different problem than vibration.

Best part of balancing is no more hardware backing out/loosening constantly, and less potential for cracks on the manifold. But, I assume you might have already paid $100 for 4 exhaust studs per everyone's doing. Maybe not as beneficial to you.

That's a stretch since we have documented instances of stuff still vibrating, cracking, and backing out on balanced BP's.

But I'd agree it would likely help

I did not balance my rotating assembly. Makes chicks super horny. Vibrates like a boss. I did balance all of the rods and pistons seperately.

Then again, I don't have anything to compare it to.

you need titanium connecting rods

and Inconel valves

and a gold plated oil pan

you need these things.

you need a 949 CNC head for your rods only build...at...a...minimum

you need dry sump. all budget rods builds run that at a minimum

I guess my build will be screwed then.
I am just getting rods, rings and swapped bearings around to get the right clearances. All that with a quick bottle brush hone.
Maybe a hot tank and a couple of surfaces.

I thread lock almost everything to help reduce this.

Ugh, somehow bought the wrong fuel rail adapter from the UK. So now I have to wait another forever for it to come in. And maybe they will take this one back.

Let me know when you're assembling, I could try to head over for an hour or two with my snap-on digital torque wrench. Mains and rods aren't something you wanna use a click type craftsman with. Letty can entertain Hailey.
