With the NA throttle cable, and NB intake and TB the cable had a tiny bit of slack with the NA throttle cable bracket. With the Junk2 TB it has no slack but it right near the edge of adjustment still.

Ah ok.... so i'm guessing that's what's going on. I have a bit of free travel in the gas pedal before it does anything. Doesn't bother me, been driving cars like that for years, but it was the first Miata i've driven that had that.

Not sure, i just know I bought the bracket for my swap to make things more plug n play. IIRC the 1.6 throttle cable is longer (or shorter) than the 1.8 one, so the bracket is required to make everything work "right". I bought the bracket from FM iirc, it was cheap and works great.

Damn son, those were really spaced out, how much taller do you need to make them for the NB bilsteins to work correctly? They look great though.

I asked for 1" front, 1.5" rear.

Should be fine!

I haven't blasted them yet, so it is a little ugly because that was approximately 30 seconds after finishing the welds.

If you look closely, you can see the smoke rising from it.

On my Red car, PO used the NA cable and bracket on a VICS IM but used some bolts to space it outboard. Ghetto. I'd source the correct parts for the IM if I were you.

All the good deals are red. I already have it re-sold. I'll have it for 15 days.

I just wanted it for parts. It's destined to be an exocet-ish thing.
