The AFR changes a little bit. Goes from 11.5:1AFR to 12.1AFR briefly and that caused the spikes. The tune still needs a lot of time spent on it.

Soo it's closed loop feedback that's making the changes?

I'm scared to run closed loop at WOT. I did it once and got something similar to your spikes but more violent, fortunately I let off before any damage.

I'll tend to agree...Larz?? Something's causing those injector pulse widths to change.

those pulsewidth block changes are accel enrichment. raise the thresholds for MAP and TPS sensitivity.

incidentally, I love running closed loop in boost. y'all too paranoid.

I really think it has to do with how the 4 fuel cells that it is passing through at those points are tuned. Right now they are really rough and that is causing it to go slightly lean. Below is what my fuel table currently looks like. The 4 boxes that are grey are where it is when those spikes occure. I think the one that has 177 in it just needs a little bit more fuel.

I was also AutoTuning with VEAL on during this time.

check for bit 7/8 in mlv, those flags indicate when the accel enrichments kicks in

MAP based enrichment was kicking in. we had him set accel to 100% TPS based to avoid MAP noise causing enrich/enleanments.

the software has built in filtering, he just needs to apply it.

What happens if you smooth those cells out? That's a pretty big hole.

I have found that filtering only applies to the MAP value but not for the mapdot, wich triggers the enrichments when they are MAP based. Unless this was fixed in MS3, the quickest way to fix the problem is using a small fuel filter to damp the fast changes in MAP signal.

Wow Tial totally has the wrong picture sitting on their website for the Tial Q BOV for available finishes. That is where I stole the picture from.
