Seriously though, you are likely only using the bottom half of that cooler. If you have the lines coming in at the top you will use it all. Dammit bish, I'm tryin a help.
so you dont think the cooler is completely full, pressurized, and not flowing through the top half?

It came on the car. The bolt on the back of the seat belt tower just spins forever. I have not wanted to spend the few hours taking it all apart to remove the bar. Anything more then 30min of effort generally does not get done on the DD.

orange is pretty much natural silicone color.
fire sleeve on braided stainless lines is kind of weird though. Just get some autozone hose, slit it, and zip tie it on the lines where they get close to stuff.

Got the Aerocatch locking hood-pins installed. I still need to play with hood alignment and height of the pins some, but it just starting pouring out so that probably wont be done till Monday. Took me about 4 hours to install the hood-pins. A lot of it was slightly enlarging the hole and test fitting the locking latch. If you are installing these you will want a metric shitton of dremel blades. I used a cheap 4 speed HF dremel and it had no trouble with the job.
Hopefully tomorrow the storms let off for a bit so I can get my front water neck removed and get timing belt and other things back together.
