I've been playing games with Lars for the last 5-6 years or so. Mainly Counterstrike, Left 4 Dead 1 & 2, and Starcraft 2. He refused to to get Battlefield Bad Company 2 however.

so much better. thank you. acutally it's pretty awesome that these will work with stock wires like this. Makes the upgrade very cost effective, and promising over the toyota cops. I still like the idea of cops and never having to replace wires ever again...but i wonder if these coils won't kill the wires like the stock ones.

If you order the custom magnecore wires they claim you will never have to replace them.

Thanks!
You could turn them in the other direction, that way the wiring enters on the other side. I do like the Toyota COP's more, but I allready had these and saw them on the engine of another MT member.
I fabbed some more parts, take a look at my project (link in signature).
I am working on my IC tubing now.

Here is a link to the thread with more info on it. It is a $15 hose and fits almost perfectly for reroute.

On a side note. Tial right now is looking like a semi-shady company.

I finally finished the LS coil install this past weekend. I went to start the car today and it started first try. I honestly don't think it has ever started as quickly as today with my old toyota cops.

It's called you bolt a LS motor to your B6 upside down and put the coils down gthe cylinders. Win.

1) Do leakdown test
2) Put in new header + MTX-L
3) Remove seatbelts
4) Gut doors
5) Get MS, put it together.
6) Pull the dash, clean up, mount MS
7) Call Lars
8) "Hey Buddy, about those LS coils..."

I will probably call you up for help on the MS anyways, but I will be doing 1-3 this coming weekend, and possibly 4 if I can get a solution figured out for the windows...or buy my tow/daily vehicle.

I finally got my turbo back. When it gets installed all depends on what the weather is like this afternoon. If it is raining it goes on tomorrow morning, if no rain then tonight

I don't like that wiring job, mine are wired tight, with tension pulling the bolts together. I also used a finer wire:

I should also note that I wired my compressor housing to the CHRA with SS wire and it cracked and the wire severed on one from 13-weekends of track action.

Savington was the one who wired it, so I am trusting that it will last. It could probably be a bit better, but I guarantee that I could not do it better.

I am just happy it is back and I can get back into my car. It has sat around for far to long.
