Ok, so the sensors should be grounded through the ecu and the ecu sensor ground should go to one of those grounds and things like the injectors and coils should ground to the other stud. Then all the other things that ground offsets arent important, like the radio, can be grounded like normal.
Looks like you could take that aluminum spacer off the new injectors and it'd be good to go. Or is that not removable? If it is you could just use the oem isolator on top.

Without the metal cap/fitting it won't fit in the rail.
If I remove the rubber injector spacer thingy, add the plastic fuel rail/head spacer, the gap is still too large.

Polarity is not important with injectors.
