How many CMP teeth are in there?
What is the best way to set this up on my car? Do I need to convert my 12 tooth wheel to a 12-1, and if so which tooth do I cut? How do I get a CMP for sequentail? If I cut the guts out of my CAS, how can I be certain the single-tooth triggers after #4-decompression?
I know how to measure the CKP #1 angle (protractor), how do I measure the angle of the CAS due to its unfortunate location? I'm getting really tempted to get a 99 Valve cover and make this easier.

I don't have one. I assumed I'd get a new Devil's Own kit. I don't need failsafe or a progressive controller, I just need a tiny .5 or 1gph nozzle on a toggle switch so I can run it only at the track.
Again though, I still need a better picture of what killed the intake valves. If it's a mess of wet-out, then I have another problem.
This week I'm trying to get all the fuel line parts ordered, hopefully get them built, then next week make a decision on engine management and start trimming/repairing/modifying the wiring situation. I still have to get a few things done before this car can run again.

I had looked into going full sequential when I had MS2. The issue is that MS2 doesn't have enough outputs, so you have to add them. One way to do that is with jbperf's 4-channel board: http://www.jbperf.com/quad_ign_inj/index.html
And you would have to make some fairly simple modifications to the MS board and use the MS2 sequential code. Some details are here: http://www.jbperf.com/sequential/index.html
It didn't seem too complicated but it also didn't seem to be a common configuration among the members of this forum (not sure?) and I'm not exactly a trailblazer when it comes to this stuff. I'm sure I could have done it with the help of people on here and the msextra forums, but I wound up going MS3/X (I think the onboard datalogging swayed me, so I can stop using a poorly secured laptop on the track) which already has all the outputs you need and requires nothing besides hooking up a few wires to go full sequential.

MS Inputs/Outputs are:
JS0 - Boost control
JS2 - Tacho
JS4 - Knock in
JS5 - Multiplex in
JS7 - Launch in
JS10 - Cam in
JS11 - Programmable or Seq ignition D
D15 - Programmable or Seq ignition C
PE1 - Switch tables
Everything else is handled by my expansion board.

It's a waste to run an AEM kit or the like if you're just going to just turn it wide *** open at 160kpa.
I'm running an AEM kit on my Ubercharged car, but I'm using all the fail safes and boost referenced ramping, as I'm not running an intercooler. Personally, I wouldn't run it at all if I was just going to run a Hobbs switch and turn the **** on at a certain boost level. I feel ghetto enough running it with 40 fail safe conditions, data logging, a flow meter, a pimp-tight constant-on pump/ variable pump head flow controller, etc, etc, etc.
