I have one on its way to my shop... $67 is a little steep considering I found one on Amazon for $49 + Free Shipping but I dont mind paying a little more knowing it will be delivered to me in ~2 hours. If the new sensor doesn't solve my problem I will just return it and call innovative

I think the sensor is dead... Its heating up while I was letting it calibrate, but the calibration mode never completed. The instructions say to let it go for 30-60 seconds... I waited about 3 minutes. Im going to order another sensor and try again
I just used the pre-set values for lc-1/lc-2

I just tried the procedure again and the sensor never even heated up this time (It was getting warm and I could see it glowing red inside earlier) ... I'm convinced it's dead. I will see what happens with another sensor. If the new sensor does the same thing I will call Innovative and return the new sensor
Try brake cleaner first and see if it is just fouled up a little with too much soot.
My AEM wires were pinched when I tightened the upper shift boot too much, after I loosened it a bit it fixed itself.

I called innovate and the guy told me I probably didn't have the connector completely seated, or it was supplied by a weak power source.. Both of those ideas were a wash. I made sure the connector was seated as far as it could and I used a jump box directly powering the power wire.... Time to call back and see what else they got...

Awesome... Just put in for an RMA. Now I have to send the unit all the way over to Cali, let them test it and possibly tell me im an idiot, or send a new unit, and then send it all the way back to NJ.
See you guys in 2-3 weeks ... So frustrated right now

I'm ordering an aem uego after dinner... Lc-2 will go up for sale when it comes back from innovate in a few weeks and that should pay for a good portion of the aem. The lc2 was fine a few months ago not sure what would have happened between then and now...
New sensor will NOT work with older units. Also, just a heads up on the new UEGO sensor, I've heard that some are having difficulties with megasquirt communicating with it. Not sure how true this is, just remember reading it at one point.
Specifically designed for use with AEM Wideband UEGO controller Part Number 30-4110
